Vinit is primarily a commercial property specialist although he also handles all types of property transactions particularly where trouble-shooting is required.
Vinit acts for a wide variety of clients ranging from investors, developers, businesses (including those in the hotel and healthcare sectors) to charities - both in relation to substantial property portfolios and individual transactions. His involvement ranges from acquisitions, financing, and development to disposal.
He also deals with various commercial landlord and tenant matters and a wide range of property management issues.
Vinit graduated from King’s College, Cambridge in 1982 and joined Lattey & Dawe in 1983. He became a partner in 1988.
